All orders are subject to final written confirmation of price, dimensions, finish, fabric, delivery terms, and timeline.

Production begins only after the confirmed order details and required payment are completed.

Customer-provided measurements and delivery access information must be accurate. Additional delivery, modification, or redelivery costs may apply if access details are incomplete or incorrect.

Custom-made items may not be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where a confirmed defect is found.
